|Public transport and taxis||Bus: Several bus routes connect the airport with central Athens (travel time: 65 minutes; fare: €5) and Piraeus (travel time: 90 minutes; fare: €5) 24 hours a day. Some services also connect with the Metro.|
Coach: Two KTEL (tel: 210 880 8081; www.ktelattikis.gr—in Greek only) express services run between the airport, Markopoulo, and Rafina. Other KTEL services also run to Lavrion, Kalyvia, and Keratea. Coaches depart from the arrivals level of the Main Terminal, near door 5.
Taxi: Taxis leave from outside the arrivals level of the Main Terminal. The fare to the city center is €35–40, and the travel time is anywhere between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on traffic.
Rail: The airport is linked to Athens Central Railway Station (also known as Larissa Station) and the port of Piraeus by the suburban rail system. Metro services also operate between the airport and the city (travel time: 45 minutes; fare: €8). |Car parking||There are spaces for about 7,100 cars at the airport. Short-term P1 and P2 parking lots are located just outside the arrivals halls of the Main Terminal; parking is free for 20 minutes in these lots. The long-term P3 parking lot is connected to the Main Terminal by a courtesy shuttle bus and a pedestrian bridge over the main road. Valet parking service is also available (tel: 210 353 4260).|
|Information and help desks||There is an information desk in the Main Terminal. Additionally, an airport information line (tel: 210 353 0000) operates 24 hours a day.|
|Airport Facilities||Money: The Main Terminal has banks, bureaux de change, automatic exchange machines, and ATMs.|
Communications: Courtesy telephones are located throughout Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport. Free Wi-Fi access (for up to 60 minutes) is offered in the terminals. There are post offices on both levels of the Main Terminal.
Food: Most restaurants and bars are located in the Main Terminal departure area, but there are a few options in arrivals. The Satellite Terminal also has a restaurant.
Shopping: Shops, including duty-free for passengers exiting the EU, are concentrated in the departures area of the Main Terminal. A full range of goods is available, including local gift items. There are a few further options in arrivals and in the Satellite Terminal.

|Conference and business facilities||The Business Center (tel: 210 353 0533) has offices equipped with desktop PCs, Internet access, telephones, photocopy and fax machines, laser and color printers, scanners, and office supplies. It also has a conference room and meeting rooms available for rent. There are also seven dedicated business lounges in the departures area of the Main Terminal. |Disabled facilities||Facilities for disabled passengers at the airport include accessible and text telephones, accessible toilets, adapted walkways and elevators, Braille signage, tactile flooring, and an alarm system to alert vision- and hearing-impaired passengers in case of emergency. Electric cars are available to transport disabled passengers between the two terminals, and there are about 90 designated disabled parking spaces. Disabled passengers should inform their airline of any special assistance required prior to traveling.|
