What bank transfer options do I have?

There are two types of bank transfer options:

  • Real time payments – real time & online banking  - payment is taken immediately. Ticket are issued automatically and e-mailed to you as soon as payment has been successful.
  • Non-real time payments – offline bank transfers - these payment options will be made available depending on the country of departure and departure date. As these payments cannot be confirmed real-time, Emirates has to wait for the payment to come in to the specific bank account. As soon as the payment is reported as successful, the ticket will be issued. Read about offline bank transfer payment here.

Hotel booking

Please call this number only if you have already made a hotel reservation on through the service provided by our partner, Tourico. Tourico is unable to answer any queries related to hotels booked through a Dubai stopover package, Dubai Connect, or any other Emirates services.

Car hire

Please call this number for car hire queries only. This service is provided by our partner, CarTrawler.
CarTrawler is unable to answer queries related to our Chauffeur-drive service or any other Emirates services.
