Why is my flight not showing in Upcoming Travel?

Our Upcoming Travel tool displays your next few trips on Emirates. Reward bookings (flights purchased using Skywards Miles) will not appear in Upcoming Travel – you can see these in Manage a Booking, by logging in with your last name and booking reference.

In addition, flights may not show up in Upcoming Travel if:

  • The first name or last name entered at the time of the booking does not match the name in your Emirates Skywards account; for example, ‘Will’ instead of ‘William’.
  • Your Emirates Skywards membership number is not associated with the booking. To update this, please add your Emirates Skywards membership number in Manage a Booking.

If you feel that none of the above applies to your future bookings, please call an Emirates Contact Centre for assistance.

CarTrawler is unable to answer queries related to our Chauffeur-drive service or any other Emirates services.
