How do I claim Miles for Family Bonus Members?

Simply visit the Claim Miles page of the website and enter the booking name and ticket number for the Emirates flight you wish to claim Skywards Miles for. This must match the booking name and ticket number we have in our records exactly for the claim to be authorised online.

Please note that family members cannot make backdated claims for flights they have taken before joining your Family Bonus programme. Family Bonus members do not earn Miles from activities with Emirates partners.
