Once I’ve become a member, when do I get my membership card?

You’ll receive your membership card once you’ve completed two return trips in Economy Class or one return trip in either First Class or Business Class, as long as the flight carries an Emirates flight number (EK).

Please make sure that you’ve confirmed or updated your postal address so that we can deliver your new membership card. It will arrive within three to six weeks once you’ve confirmed your address, but you can start enjoying the benefits straight away.

You can also print a temporary card to use in the meantime.
