Eticket Refund Request
You may use the form below to request a refund for any ticket purchased directly with Emirates; whether it was purchased online at emirates.com or via our contact centres. If your ticket was purchased through a travel agent, please contact the issuing travel agent for any refund.
Only amounts that are refundable in accordance with the Fare Conditions advised to you at the time of purchase will be refunded. You should not use this form to enquire about the cancellation charges or how much would be refunded. Once you have submitted this form, your booking will be cancelled.
If you purchased your ticket online at emirates.com, your Fare Conditions will be attached to the booking confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase.
Please use English characters only, avoid using characters such as &, <, >, ", [, ], +, =, `, |, \.
Please provide details for all passengers who require a refund.
Any refund will be processed according to the Fare Conditions advised at the time of purchase. If fees apply for refund, these will be deducted from any amount refunded. If the ticket is non-refundable, only the unused refundable taxes will be refunded.

For partially used tickets that are refundable, if fees apply for refund, these will be deducted from any amount refunded. In addition, you may receive a refund for the unused part of your ticket that will be calculated in accordance with the Fare Conditions of your ticket.
Your request will be verified by our Refunds team and any refund will be processed accordingly once you have pressed "Submit".
If you have purchased your ticket with Skywards Miles or Business Rewards Miles, any applicable taxes will be refunded back to you. Refunds are not applicable for partially used tickets purchased with Skywards Miles or Business Rewards Miles, and Emirates Skywards tickets issued with a combination of Cash and Miles. To receive a credit of your Skywards Miles or Business Rewards Miles back to your account (where they have not expired), please contact your local Emirates office to pay the cancellation fee applicable to your ticket.
Use this option only if you're requesting a refund for the deposit paid for a UAE visa that was processed by an Emirates office. The passenger must have already exited the UAE. Provide the EMD receipt number issued by the Emirates office that appears on the visa deposit receipt. This option should not be used for UAE visas processed through emirates.com and VFS Global partners. Please note that the fee paid for processing the actual visa is non-refundable.
