Why are Miles missing from my account?

Miles might be missing from your statement for several reasons. The most common are listed here:

  1. The transaction is still being processed (allow 48 hours for a flight booked with Emirates or up to three weeks for a transaction with an Emirates Skywards partner). 
  2. Your Emirates Skywards membership number was not quoted, or was misquoted, at the time of booking or at check-in. 
  3. You have not travelled on the inbound or outbound part of your journey yet. 
  4. The name on the reservation did not match the name registered on your Emirates Skywards profile.
