Economy Class Saver tickets can only be upgraded at the time of online check-in, at the airport or on board. Platinum, Gold and Silver members can also request an upgrade on board. When you book your ticket, it will clearly show whether you can upgrade your fare immediately after purchase or if upgrades are only available at check-in. When you have submitted the form, your nearest Emirates Contact Centre will get in touch with you to confirm the details. Please allow a maximum of seven working days for the request to be processed, although we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
