If I issue an Award booking before my Miles expire, can I refund the ticket later? Will I also receive all my Miles in my Business Rewards account again?

Refund of a Business Rewards Award ticket is possible – however, Miles will not be credited back to your account if expired, and only taxes will be refunded. To receive a tax refund for an expired Business Rewards Award ticket, please complete the E-Ticket Refund Request form.
