mercator delivers Loyalty solution to Club Premier, Mexico’s leading Loyalty Program

DUBAI / MEXICO CIT, 30th August 2012:  Club Premier, Mexico’s leading loyalty programme, has gone live with mercator’s Customer Segmentation and Campaign Management system.  

With changing customer needs and market challenges, Club Premier was seeking a system to better manage data collation, real time tracking and segmentation. Working closely with Club Premier, mercator spent two years developing a system, which enables Club Premier to build on its loyalty program and benefit from additional data synchronisation capabilities. 

The technology complements Club Premier’s existing loyalty system, CRIS – in use since 2010 when it was mercator’s launch customer in the Latin American market. The systems are being used to manage Latin America’s first frequent flyer programme. Club Premier is an award winning loyalty programme with more than three million members world-wide.

The new system is highly configurable and enables data synchronisation from corporate data sources, campaign lifecycle management, tracking and analysis, as well as creative CRM content design templates. It offers the opportunity to centralise, streamline and efficiently utilise data, communicate with key customers and maximise cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
