How to convert your KTC FOREVER points
If you’re a KTC credit card member, you can now convert your KTC FOREVER points into Skywards Miles and enjoy flights, upgrades, hotel stays and more exciting rewards.
You can easily convert your KTC FOREVER points into Skywards Miles using the KTC mobile app or via KTC Online. Log into the app or website and go to Point Redemption. Select Skywards Miles, enter the number of points you want to convert and provide your Emirates Skywards membership number. Now you can enjoy your next reward sooner with your additional Miles.
- You are required to quote your Emirates Skywards membership number in order to complete a transfer.
- Your account-holder name must match between your KTC credit card account and Emirates Skywards account.
- The Emirates Skywards membership number you enter during the redemption process must match the number on your Emirates Skywards account. Mismatched details may cause transfer failures or delays.
- The account holder and Emirates Skywards member must be the same person to complete a transfer. Supplementary cardholders cannot request transfers.
- A minimum of 600 KTC FOREVER points should be transferred.
- Denominations of only 600 KTC FOREVER points are allowed.
- Transfer service to Emirates Skywards is provided by a third-party administrator. By requesting the transfer of rewards to Emirates Skywards, you are authorising KTC to send certain information to Emirates Skywards and our third-party administrator, including your name and surname, your Emirates Skywards membership number and the amount of KTC FOREVER points to transfer.
- Both the availability and transfer rates of Emirates Skywards may vary and are subject to change without notice.
- KTC FOREVER points will be deducted from your account when the transfer request has been processed. Skywards Miles will be credited within 7 – 10 working days.
- Once KTC FOREVER points are transferred, the expiry and value of transferred rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of Emirates Skywards.
- All KTC FOREVER points transfers to Emirates Skywards are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
