Lost tickets, refunds and cancellations

I can't find a record of my reservation online. What should I do?

Please contact us using our online contact form, with details of your flights, dates and the names of the passengers booked and we will locate the booking for you. If you need to reach us urgently, please call your local Emirates office with as many details about your itinerary as possible.
