How to convert your Air Miles
- Log in(Opens an external website in a new tab) to your Air Miles account
- Under the Redeem Air Miles section, select Emirates Skywards from the list of travel redemption partners and link your account by providing your Emirates Skywards membership number and password.
You can then convert a minimum of 30,000 Air Miles into Skywards Miles in increments of 1,000 Air Miles.
- To convert Air Miles into Skywards Miles, you must be an existing Emirates Skywards member and provide your membership number at the time of conversion.
- A minimum of 30,000 Air Miles is required to complete a conversion.
- Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for your Air Miles to be converted into Skywards Miles.
- Once a conversion request has been completed, it cannot be cancelled nor reversed.
- Once converted, the expiry and value of the Skywards Miles will be subject to Emirates Skywards Programme Rules.
- Air Miles will be converted into Skywards Miles at the rate specified at the time of conversion. Air Miles reserves the right to adjust the conversion rates without prior notice.
