How to convert your Air Miles
- Log in to your Air Miles account(Opens an external website in a new tab)
- Under the Redeem Air Miles section, select Emirates Skywards from the list of travel redemption partners and link your account by providing your Emirates Skywards membership number and password.
- You can then exchange a minimum of 30,000 Air Miles for Skywards Miles in increments of 1,000 Air Miles.
- To exchange Air Miles for Skywards Miles, you must be an existing Emirates Skywards member and provide your membership number at the time of conversion.
- A minimum of 30,000 Air Miles is required to complete a conversion.
- Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for your Air Miles to be converted into Skywards Miles.
- Once a conversion request has been completed, it cannot be cancelled nor reversed.
- Once converted, the expiry and value of the Skywards Miles will be subject to Emirates Skywards Programme Rules(Opens page in the same tab).
- Air Miles will be converted into Skywards Miles at the rate specified at the time of conversion. Air Miles reserves the right to adjust the conversion rates without prior notice.
