Miles are calculated for the Business Rewards account at the end of each month, for travel completed in that month. Miles are credited to the account by the 17th of the following month. For example, travel undertaken during March is credited by 17th April. Claims cannot be made for travel itineraries completed over six months previously.
The traveller on the ticket must have been a member of Business Rewards at the time the booking was made. The booking must have been completed as a Business Rewards booking online at emirates.com.
Unless your request fulfils these requirements, we will not be able to process your request, as the flights will not qualify for Business Reward Miles as per the programme Terms & Conditions.
