Once I’ve become a member, when do I get my membership card?

We don’t automatically issue Emirates Skywards membership cards when you sign up.

If you’d like a membership card, please check you've done all of the following:

  • Completed two return trips in Emirates Economy Class, or one return trip in either Emirates First or Emirates Business Class. The flights must be operated by Emirates.
  • You then receive an Address confirmation email.
  • Once you confirm your postal address it takes 6-8 weeks for you to receive your membership pack.

You can state your Emirates Skywards account number when booking flights to ensure you earn Miles.

You can print a temporary card to use in the meantime.

CarTrawler is unable to answer queries related to our Chauffeur-drive service or any other Emirates services.
