What if a travel agent forgets to add the Business Rewards number in a booking?

Travel agents can add a Business Rewards number to a booking provided this is prior to travel – just ask the agent to amend the booking to include the Business Rewards number as per the entries below. 

The GDS entry must contain the Business Rewards number using the exact format below, allowing for spaces between letters where shown:

BUSINESS REWARDS BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Replace EK888123456 with the actual Business Rewards membership number. 
2. The traveller’s individual Emirates Skywards membership number must still be entered into the FQTV field. 
3. Once both membership numbers are validated the Business Rewards number will appear in the REMARKS field. 

If travel has already started, a Business Rewards administrator can claim the Miles for the booking. After all travel has been completed, log in to emirates.com and go to the Claim Missing Miles form, available for all Business Rewards Administrators.
