Have a memorable Thanksgiving with us, complete with roast turkey and all the trimmings, including cranberry jus lié and traditional side dishes.
Grab a pumpkin tart for a sweet treat in our lounges in Dubai. Or have a traditional dinner with a turkey breast with glazed chestnuts stuffing and cranberry sauce. And round out your meal with new potatoes and brussel sprouts.
If you’re flying out from New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Boston, have a delicious bite of sage roasted turkey breast with preserved lemon, green olive and fig stuffing in our lounge before your flight. And cap off your meal with candied sweet potatoes with marshmallows and toasted pecans or a pistachio pumpkin spiced baklava.
Feast on a tradition
On board in First Class and Business Class, start your journey with fluffy cinnamon pancakes. Tease your appetite with a luscious sweet potato soup, then tuck into a turkey leg roulade with pumpkin purée, cranberry jus lié, brussels sprouts, glazed baby carrots and roasted pecans.
While in Economy Class you can savour a quinoa salad with your roasted chicken roulade served with cranberry jus lié, mashed parsnip and carrot, green beans and baked potatoes.

Complete your meal in First Class with a key lime tart with raspberry coulis. In Business Class, a spiced apple cake with date compote and raspberry curd.
In Premium Economy, enjoy your spiced apple cake with crème anglaise, date compote and raspberry curd. And in Economy Class, satisfy your sweet tooth with our delicate pumpkin delice with cinnamon cream and crumble.
