What if a travel agent forgets to add the Business Rewards number in a booking?

Travel agents can add a Business Rewards number to a booking provided this is prior to travel – just ask the agent to amend the booking to include the Business Rewards number.
 
If travel has already started, a Business Rewards administrator can claim the Miles for the booking. After all travel has been completed, log in to emirates.com and go to the Claim Missing Miles form, available for all Business Rewards Administrators.
