I forgot to enter my membership number in a booking. What do I do?

If the booking is for upcoming travel, or only part of the travel has been completed, you can add your membership number to the booking via ‘Manage your booking’ on emirates.com. Alternatively, you can call the Emirates Contact Centre or ticket office to add your number to the booking.

If travel has been completed, please ask your Programme Administrator to fill in the missing Points claim form.
