You’ll earn more Skywards and Tier Miles on a Flex or Flex Plus fare, so you can reach your next reward or the next tier faster. You also have more flexibility to change or cancel your ticket, and you need fewer Skywards Miles to upgrade to a higher cabin class.

If you’re travelling in Economy Class on a Flex or Flex Plus fare you won’t have to pay for Advance Seat Reservation.
