Why is my flight not showing in Upcoming Travel?

Our Upcoming Travel tool displays your next few trips on Emirates only. To see your upcoming trips on flydubai, this can be displayed when you are logged in on flydubai.com. Reward bookings on Emirates (flights purchased using Skywards Miles) will not appear in Upcoming Travel – you can see these in Manage a Booking, by logging in with your last name and booking reference.

In addition, Emirates Flights may not show up in Upcoming Travel if:

• The first name or last name entered at the time of the booking does not match the name in your Emirates Skywards account; for example, ‘Will’ instead of ‘William’.
• Your Emirates Skywards membership number is not associated with the booking. To update this, please add your Emirates Skywards membership number in Manage a Booking.
• You are logged in to your Emirates Skywards account on flydubai.com.
