Emirates Visit Australia Pass (EVAP) allows passengers travelling on Emirates (EK) service to Australia to extend their journey to other Australian destinations on Virgin Australia and Pacific Blue Airlines (DJ) at special fares. Below is a summary of the terms and conditions for this offer, for full details please contact your local Emirates office.
- The fare quoted is per EVAP coupon* and in USD, this will be converted at the time of purchase into the same currency in which you a have purchased your Emirates ticket.
- The price includes all taxes, fees and surcharges.
- The cost per EVAP coupon may vary depending on availability. There are a limited number of seats allocated at each fare level, once the seats have sold out in the lower fare you move upto the next fare level.
- All quoted prices for EVAP coupons are for one-way travel.
- A minimum of two and a maximum of four EVAP coupons may be purchased in conjunction with each international Emirates ticket.
- EVAP coupons are valid for travel on DJ operated flights with DJ flight numbers only.
- EVAP coupons may only be purchased at local Emirates office or via your travel agent. Please contact your local Emirates office for further details on purchasing EVAP.
- You cannot purchase EVAP coupons online via emirates.com.
- You can only purchase EVAP coupons in conjunction with international flight tickets issued by Emirates that originate outside Australia and New Zealand.
- The validity, minimum and maximum stay of the EVAP coupons will match that of the Emirates international ticket.
- EVAP is not valid for travel after the completion of the international ticket.
- All EVAP coupons must be issued by 31st March 2012. Travel can be made after 31st March 2012 but must be completed within the validity of the international ticket.
- All EVAP coupons must be booked and confirmed prior to the commencement of travel on the Emirates international ticket.
- Fees and penalties may apply in the below circumstances, please contact your local Emirates office for more information:
- Changes in date and time of flights
- Changes to origin and/or destination city
- Cancellation
- Normal Emirates baggage allowance rules apply. For details check the baggage allowance section.
- Skywards Miles can be earned on Emirates sectors only. Mileage tier (Flex or Saver) will be allocated as per the international fare used.
