Terms and Conditions

Valid for First and/or Business Class bookings from Kuwait to India on Emirates services only.
Valid for sales and ticketing from 1st May 2009 to 30th April 2010.
Outbound travel must commence on or before 30th April 2010.
Minimum stay: 3 days.
Maximum stay: 4 months.
Confirmed reservations are required for all sectors.
Eligibility: head of family 100%; dependents 75% of the adult fare.
Minimum number of passengers: 2.
Maximum number of passengers: 6 including the head of the family who pays the full fare.
All fares are subject to seat availability.
Date change is permitted without penalty and can be done only by an Emirates office.
Refund charges of KWD 10 will apply on completely un-utilised documents.
Refund: full fare passenger ticket cannot be refunded without presenting the family members’ tickets. After departure, tickets are non refundable.
All passport copies of the family must be presented at the time of booking .
Stopovers: 1 stopover is permitted in Dubai on inbound journey only.
Definition: "Family" in this context is defined as one adult and his/her spouse or sibling or parents or parents-in-law or children travelling together. A minimum of two and maximum of six people may avail of this deal at a time.
