Gordon Ramsay’s Verre is everything you’d expect from a restaurant bearing the stamp of one of the world’s best known chefs. Try the roasted sea scallops with caramelised pork belly and pan-seared watermelon for a serious treat, the melt-in-your-mouth duck breast, or the exquisite subtlety of the creamy lemongrass crème brûlée. The Prestige (tasting) Menu is highly recommended if you don’t want to confine yourself to just the one dish.
