Healthy Meal Options

Emirates offers Healthy Meal Options as part of our Business Class menus; our award-winning chefs have designed these meals with an emphasis on creating dishes that promote good health.

Combining the freshest, best-quality ingredients with a range of imaginative cooking techniques, Emirates Healthy Meal Options dishes are designed to bring out the food’s natural flavours – without adding excessive fats or oils.

Healthy Meal Option dishes are now available on most long-haul Emirates flights around the world.

The Emirates dining experience

  • Breakfast on longhaul flights includes fruit juice, yoghurt, a choice of three hot breakfast dishes, pastries, bread and preserves, and tea and coffee
  • On longhaul flights, cold canapés are followed by five-course lunches and dinners, with a choice of hors d’oeuvres and entrees, hot and cold dessert, port with five types of cheese, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, and liqueurs with sweets.
  • Business Class passengers enjoy a complete range of complimentary drinks inflight—including cocktails, champagne, and vintage wines, except on flights to Saudi Arabia.
  • All meals are served on china tableware, on tray tables laid with fine linen.

Placed on celery and grilled pineapple salad, drizzled with a citrus dressing

Scallops, tiger prawns and poached salmon drizzled with Oriental dressing

Served with a choice of caesar dressing or olive oil vinaigrette

Steamed fillet of garoupa topped with julienne of vegetables served with a light basil sauce accompanied with buttered broccoli, turned carrots and tagliatelle noodles

Tender pieces of beef, marinated and cooked in teriyaki sauce, accompanied with grilled vegetables and gratinated potatoes

Tender pieces of chicken in a coconut flavoured curry sauce , served with green beans, cauliflower and steamed rice roll 

Light and fluffy mousse cake served on a dark chocolate mirror

Freshly baked pear strudel, served hot, accompanied with vanilla sauce
