Business Rewards

There are 45 FAQs for Business Rewards.

What is Business Rewards?

Business Rewards is the travel benefits programme open to small and medium-sized organisations (SMEs) around the world. In order to enrol in Business Rewards, you must be a member of Emirates Skywards, Emirates frequent flyer programme – if you are not a member, join now for free. Up to 80 travellers from an organisation can be registered under a Business Rewards account.

Individual Members of your organisation continue to earn Skywards Miles and tier Miles for their eligible business flights even as your organisation earns Business Rewards Miles for those same flights.

Can the company register more than once under different names?

It is possible, however, it means that the Business Rewards Miles earned would be credited to the individual accounts. It is not possible to transfer Miles between the accounts or merge the accounts at a later date.

Can I update my organisation’s details online, once enrolled?

Yes, the Administrator can edit the company profile. Note names cannot be modified.

Do Members have to reside in the country where the Business Rewards organisation is registered?

Members can reside in any country, not just where the organisation is registered.

Can a Member register for two Business Rewards organisations?

No – each Member can only be registered under one Business Rewards organisation.

As a Business Rewards Member, do I get access to lounge facilities at the airport?

While Business Rewards doesn’t entitle you to any particular lounge benefits, you still get all the benefits of your current Emirates Skywards tier level.

How do I manage a Business Rewards account?

The role of Business Rewards Administrators is assigned to the person who creates a Business Rewards account and who is an employee of the organisation. The role may be reassigned at any time to another individual enrolled in the account. Additional Administrators can be added as well, to a maximum of 80. Business Rewards Administrators manage Membership, book, approve, pay and manage Member’s Business Rewards travel. In addition they can make Award bookings using Business Rewards miles.

What can I do as a Business Rewards Member?

Members can make Business Rewards bookings online for themselves, and either pay with a personal payment method, or send a request to the Administrator for payment with a company credit card.
