Premium Arrivals dedicated luggage service
Our premium customers can now enjoy a new special luggage service on arrival at Emirates Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport.
Our First Class, Business Class and Skywards Gold members arriving in Dubai now have their own dedicated baggage belt in the Arrivals hall.
To further enhance this service, a concierge team including porters will be on hand to assist customers with their luggage, and for added comfort there is a seating area by the baggage belt.
This exclusive facility for our premium customers will help ensure a swift and efficient exit through the airport on arrival.
Stopover Lounge
In the unlikely case of visa or connection complications, relax and enjoy some refreshments in a dedicated waiting area, while we take care of the formalities.
Customers with long stopovers who are entitled to complimentary hotel accommodation can also relax at this lounge while their arrangements are processed*.

Special Services Lounge
Our young unaccompanied travellers and other customers who may require special assistance will be escorted through baggage claim and customs to our Special Services Lounge. Video games as well as a variety of reading material is available for entertainment and light refreshments will be served until parents or guardians are able to meet them.

Chauffeur-drive Lounge
First and Business Class customers who have booked a complimentary Chauffeur-drive service should proceed to the Chauffeur-drive Lounge to register and relax there while the service is arranged.

Concierge assistance*
If you need someone to help you with your bags, Emirates porter services are available in both departures and arrivals at a nominal charge of AED 20 per trolley.
Baggage storage*
Emirates offers baggage storage facilities on arrival at a nominal charge of AED 20 per standard size bag for 12 hours and AED 25 for non-standard size bags, allowing you to explore Dubai freely and return to pick up your bags whenever you’re ready.
