Gopi, a former Jawan of the Indian Army, now works as a pump operator at the Vellimala Dam and, as his father died while protesting for the dam, has dedicated himself to looking after it. Things take a turn with the arrival of Varghese, an executive engineer who finds irregularities in the dam's construction, and Koshy, who's looking to reclaim the money owed to his late father, the contractor who built it.
