At the reception of the G Force health club at Dubai International Airport Hotel or at the Marhaba Lounge, passenger/s will be requested to identify themselves by producing their ticket and/or boarding passes issued for their journey to/from Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, São Paolo and Toronto.

Emirates will not be responsible for non provision of services if this condition is not fulfilled.
Complimentary usage of the health club, massage and the Marhaba Lounge is subject to space availability at the time of usage.
