- Arabian Airpass travel coupons may only be purchased at local Emirates offices and cannot be purchased online.
- All quoted prices for Arabian Airpass travel coupons are for one-way travel in US$ per coupon.
- Arabian Airpass travel coupons are valid for travel only in conjunction with international tickets issued by Emirates and originating outside the Gulf and Middle East
- Arabian Airpass travel coupons may only be purchased outside the Gulf and Middle East.
- A minimum of two coupons and a maximum of six coupons may be purchased in conjunction with each international ticket.
- The minimum value for the international round trip must be US$350.
- Validity of the Arabian Airpass coupons is determined as per the validity of the international ticket.
- Arabian Airpass is not valid for travel after the completion of international itinerary.
- Arabian Airpass cannot be purchased once the first flight on the international ticket has been taken.
- Arabian Airpass travel coupons are valid for a period of three months from the date of the first travel coupon within a given itinerary.
- This offer is valid from 1st November 2006 to 31st October 2008. It will be withdrawn from 1st November 2008 and the offer will not be extended. The last date for ticket issuance of Arabian Airpass is 31st October 2008. All Arabian Airpass tickets issued on or before 31st October 2008 will be honoured within the validity of international ticket, as per the current conditions of Arabian Airpass.
- This offer is not valid on Emirates codeshare flights operated by other airlines.
- Booking Class: A combination of First, Business, and Economy Class travel is permitted.
- There is no minimum stay restriction.
- Travel on the first coupon must be booked at the time of purchase. Travel on subsequent coupons may be booked anytime prior to departure.
- Changes to reservations may be made without charge, provided the itinerary remains unchanged. A charge of US$10 per change will apply to any change in destination.
- Refunds prior to departure will be made after deducting a fee of US$150 for First Class, US$100 for Business Class and US$50 for Economy Class coupons.
- Refunds after departure are not permitted; in accordance with the refund policies, the international sectors can be refunded only with the fully unutilised Airpass.
- Normal stopover rules apply.
- Normal baggage allowance rules apply. For Emirates flights departing from the UK or flying to the USA, a one piece rule applies for all classes.
- Taxes applicable as per normal procedures.
- Must not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
