Dubai Connect
These booking Terms & Conditions govern your ‘Dubai Connect’ offer made through emirates.com or an Emirates' call centre or your travel agent. Where Emirates books accommodation or other ground service in its capacity as agent of the relevant third party supplier, your contract for that accommodation or service will be subject to the supplier's Terms & Conditions, which could limit or exclude liability to you. No contract will come into existence until we accept your request for the ‘Dubai Connect’ offer.
When you submit your request for your ‘Dubai Connect’ offer, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept (and do accept) these conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons covered by your booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information given to you in connection with this booking by us, or any third party supplier, is passed on to everyone on whose behalf you are making, or have made, the booking. You warrant that all information you provide about yourself and other persons shall be true and accurate.

This ‘Dubai Connect’ offer is subject to hotel availability. The ‘Dubai Connect’ offer may be discontinued at any time without notice.
To qualify for the Dubai Connect offer, you must meet the following criteria:
First Class and Business Class Passengers
The connection time between the arrival of the inbound flight to Dubai and the outbound flight departure from Dubai must be more than or equal to eight (8) hours and less than or equal to twenty six (26) hours OR equal to six (6) hours and less than or equal to twenty six (26) hours for bookings made on or after 20 July 2023.
To qualify for the offer, the passenger must be booked on the best available connection, that being the one with the shortest transit time in Dubai, between the inbound flight into Dubai and the outbound flight from Dubai.
Premium Economy and Economy Class Passengers
The connection time between the arrival of the inbound flight to Dubai and the outbound flight departure from Dubai must be more than or equal to ten (10) hours and less than or equal to twenty four (24) hours or equal to eight (8) hours and less than or equal to twenty six (26) hours for bookings made on or after 11 October 2022.
To qualify for the offer, the passenger must be booked on the best available connection, that being the one with the shortest transit time in Dubai, between the inbound flight into Dubai and the outbound flight from Dubai.
The eligibility for the ‘Dubai Connect’ offer will be determined against the payment of a minimum fare type for your Emirates flight. This is indicated during the booking process.
This service is only available for passengers 18 years or older as of the date of departure on the inbound flight to Dubai, if travelling alone. Up to two children (being passengers under 18 years as of the date of departure) may be accommodated when travelling with one adult.
Both your inbound and outbound flights to and from Dubai must be an Emirates flight (marketed by Qantas or Emirates) or a Qantas flight (marketed by Emirates or Qantas). Codeshare flights are not eligible other than EK5000 and QF8000 flights. The offer is not available on flights with other airlines and/or where Emirates is the marketing carrier only. Emirates marketed flights, operated by flyDubai, may also qualify for Dubai Connect if arriving and departing from Terminal 3.
The itinerary must be a single booking and ticketed on one ticket. The ticket must be issued on an Emirates (176) document.
Bookings for Groups (that contain more than nine passengers) in First Class and Business Class will not automatically qualify for ‘Dubai Connect’. It is up to the discretion of Emirates whether ‘Dubai Connect’ is also extended to such group bookings.
Bookings for Groups (that contain more than nine passengers) in Premium Economy and Economy Class will automatically qualify for ‘Dubai Connect’ provided that all the herein mentioned minimum requirements for each Economy Class passenger are met.
You must be successful in obtaining entry into the United Arab Emirates to be eligible for ‘Dubai Connect’. Certain nationalities do not require visas to enter the United Arab Emirates. Issuance of visas is purely at the discretion of the United Arab Emirates immigration authorities and Emirates takes no responsibility should your visa application be rejected. We note that for some passport holders the Emirates immigration authorities refuse to process visa applications. For these passport holders Emirates will not make an application and you will automatically not be eligible for ‘Dubai Connect’.
It is your responsibility to obtain (for all travellers including infants and children) all required travel documents for obtaining an entry visa into the UAE at your own expense prior to making a booking with us. All passports regardless of nationality must have a minimum validity of 90 days.

The accommodation provided will be in the Copthorne Hotel Dubai, the Le Méridien Airport Hotel Dubai, JW Marriott Marquis or another alternative at the discretion of Emirates. We do not make any guarantee as to the accommodation allocated to you in any manner (e.g. facilities, hotel, location, star rating).
You will be provided with all applicable meals by the hotel in which you will be staying, the meal will be allocated based on time of check in. Meals will be served at the applicable time of day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Where you are booked in Premium Economy or Economy Class (as per your Flight booking/PNR) 24 hours prior to flight departure, but hold a Business Class or First Class ticket (as a result of an upgrade) you will still be provided with a room at a hotel allocated for Economy Class passengers.
Where you are booked in Business Class or First Class, (as per your Flight booking/PNR), but are involuntarily down-graded at the time of check-in, due to aircraft change or denied boarding, you will be provided rooms in the hotel allocated for Business Class and First Class passengers.
This offer is subject to availability of hotel rooms at the time of booking. Emirates reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without notice.
We have the right to refuse to provide you with your ‘Dubai Connect’ service (even if you hold a valid voucher) if one or more of the events listed below happens:
You recognise that your personal data has been provided to Emirates for the purposes of your flight booking and ‘Dubai Connect’ Offer. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We accept the following responsibilities to you:
Apart from the above, we have no liability to you in respect of any booked travel service which is due to be provided to you by a third party supplier. Further, we assume no responsibility for the travel services provided by the supplier and make no representations or warranties (express or implied) about the suitability or quality of the ‘Dubai Connect’ offer.
Where Emirates sells or provides you with services provided by a third party, in its capacity as an authorised agent of such third party or acts as an agent on behalf of any third party supplier, it is not responsible for negligent acts or omissions of such suppliers, their employees, agents or representatives, nor for any deficiency in the service provided and, in particular, Emirates has no liability for loss, personal injury or death however incurred unless such loss, personal injury or death is caused solely by Emirates’ negligence.
Emirates is unable to accept any responsibility for loss, damage or expense due to unusual, unforeseeable events beyond Emirates' reasonable control, the consequences of which could not be avoided even if all due care had been exercised, including but not limited to: delays or changes in schedules; technical or maintenance problems; hotel overbooking or defaults; sickness; adverse weather conditions; natural or industrial disaster; industrial disputes involving third party suppliers; war; terrorist activity; quarantine or other causes. You accept full responsibility for such loss, damage or expense.
We strongly recommend that you take out suitable travel and holiday insurance at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to you. If any of the provision of these terms and conditions is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of them will not be prejudiced.
These Terms & Conditions are reproduced in several languages. If there is any inconsistency between the English text and a non-English text, the English text will apply unless applicable local law requires otherwise.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
