Who’s eligible?
Business Rewards is available to all small to medium-sized businesses and organisations. Total enrolment per organisation may not exceed 80 individuals. All individual members must be registered with Skywards.Individuals may be removed from an organisation's Business Rewards account at any time, but no more than 80 new enrolments can be made within a twelve month period.
Business Rewards Administrator
Each registered organisation has one or more administrator who can plan, book and pay for travel itineraries for all members. The administrators can also manage redemption allocations for any employee within the organisation.
Online travel management tools assist the administrators in tracking Business Rewards itineraries and expenses for all members.
All information on special offers, new products, services and monthly statements will be sent to the administrators. Additional administrators can be added at any time to ensure that you are always up-to-date on what Business Rewards has to offer.
Earning Business Rewards Miles
Book your flights on the Business Rewards booking engine to earn Business Rewards Miles. You earn 1 Mile for each USD 1 spent on the base fare, before surcharges and taxes.
Miles are calculated at the end of each month for travel completed within the month. Earned Miles are fully redeemable by the 18th day of the following month of travel. Miles are valid for three years from the date which they are earned.
Individual members will continue to earn Skywards Miles as your organisation earns Business Rewards Miles for the same flights.
Redeeming Business Rewards Miles for Award flights
Award flights can be booked online using the Business Rewards booking engine for anyone in your organisation, not just those assigned to the programme. Award flights are available for one way and return journeys. Seats available are subject to availability at the time of booking. Surcharges and taxes are not covered by Business Rewards Miles.
Only Business Rewards Miles can be used to book award flights. No Business Rewards or Skywards Miles will be earned on Business Rewards award flights.
Redeeming Business Rewards Miles for upgrades
Upgrades can be redeemed using Business Rewards Miles to move up one class of travel. Upgrades are only redeemable on purchased Business Rewards flights for a registered member’s itinerary. Itineraries cannot be split for the purpose of redeeming the upgrade.
Managing travel plans online
Business Rewards members can view and book their own travel itineraries online. Administrators can arrange the travel plans for all registered members.
Changes to Business Rewards itineraries are managed by your local Emirates Contact Centre. Any charges incurred as a result of an itinerary change should be paid for by approved payment methods
Booking Business Rewards travel
Booking must be made using the Business Rewards online booking engine to accrue Miles. Payment must be made using an approved method.
