All hotel and car bookings on emirates.com are made through our partner Tourico Holidays.
You can view details of your booking online and can also cancel bookings through the Manage a Booking section of emirates.com.
If you want to change a booking, or have any other queries about your hotel or car reservation, you can contact Tourico Holidays by email or by phone. Contact details for Tourico offices worldwide are also included with your confirmation email and voucher. For general enquiries and non- urgent matters please use the email form here.
You can now use our online booking system to book hotels and cars, either as part of your flight booking, or separately.
Hotel and car bookings on emirates.com are made through our partner Tourico Holidays.
You can book a hotel or car during your flight booking process, after your flight booking through our Manage a Booking section, directly from the emirates.com homepage, or through the Plan & Book menu.
You will need a valid MasterCard, Visa or American Express card to make an online reservation. The hotel rates offered on emirates.com are pre-paid and the full amount will be charged to your card upon making the booking.
As hotels will be purchased through our partner, Tourico Holidays, the transaction will be stated as ‘Tourico’ on your credit card statement.
Your credit card details are sent to Tourico through a secure server, which encrypts all personal and credit card information.

You will be able to see detailed information about hotels by clicking on the hotels shown in your search results. Contact details for the hotel can be found in your confirmation email. Please note that hotel information is subject to change without notice. Please contact your hotel to confirm any specific requirements.
You can change or cancel your hotel or car reservation through our partner, Tourico Holidays. To make any modifications or to cancel hotel reservations you will need your itinerary number which can be found in your hotel or car confirmation email.
Cancellation can also be made online in the Manage a Booking section, subject to the conditions of your booking, without any additional charges.
The terms and conditions for your hotel reservation determine whether or not you may modify or cancel the reservation. The cancellation conditions can be found under Policies in the Manage a Booking section.
To cancel your booking, retrieve your booking by entering your itinerary number and surname. You may then click on the ‘cancel’ link next to your hotel or car booking and follow the steps described.
You may also contact the Tourico Holidays Call Centre to change or cancel your bookings. Please note that charges may apply for offline changes or cancellations. See information on charges
Refunds will be credited back to the payment card that has been used.

After making a hotel or car booking through emirates.com, you must print out your voucher and present it when checking in to your hotel or collecting your car.
You can access your pre-paid hotel or car voucher through a link on the booking confirmation screen or you may retrieve your booking in Manage a Booking and reprint it.
After making your reservation, you’ll see a confirmation page with a link to your voucher. Please print the voucher and take it with you on your travel. The voucher can be accessed and reprinted on Manage a Booking.
You will receive a separate booking confirmation by email from Tourico Holidays containing your itinerary details and the contact information for your hotel.

Per-day rental prices cover a 24-hour rental period. A quoted total is based on drivers aged 25 years and over. Additional daily charges for drivers under 25 may apply. Yes, you can view your booking online any time through our Manage a Booking section. You will need to enter your last name and itinerary number or booking reference.
Your itinerary number is a nine-digit number; you can find your itinerary number on your hotel or car booking confirmation email.
If you have booked a hotel or car along with an Emirates flight, you can also use your flight booking reference to retrieve your hotel or car booking, along with details of your flight.
Upon completion of your booking, a confirmation email and voucher will be sent to your email address by Tourico Holidays - you must print your voucher and present it on checking in for your hotel or collecting your car.
