Fare Conditions

Valid for Economy and Business Class travel on Emirates commencing between 5th October 2009 and 31st Marth 2010 from Shanghai to the destinations specified. Not permitted to return to Beijing, Guangzhou or Hong Kong.
Valid for bookings made on emirates.cn only.
Valid for reservation and ticketing between 1st October and 30th November 2009.
For the lowest fare in both Economy and Business Class, travel from Shanghai to Dubai and vice versa must be on Emirates flights EK 305/304 only.
Outbound travel from Shanghai is not permitted between 10th December 2009 and 11th January 2010; and between 8th and 20th February 2010.
Minimum stay: 3 days.
Maximum stay: 30 days or 3 months (according to the respective fares).
Date changes are permitted at a charge of CNY 1,000 per change.
Reissues are permitted at a charge of CNY 1,000 per reissue.
Cancellations before departure are permitted for refund at a charge of CNY 1,000. Cancellations after departure are not permitted for refund. No-shows are considered as cancellation after departure.
No more than two stopovers are permitted during the entire journey. One free stopover is permitted in Dubai either on outbound or inbound journey and another permitted in the opposite direction at a charge of CNY 1,000.
Check-in luggage allowance: Economy Class: 30 kgs; Business Class: 40 kgs;
Only to Sao Paulo: 2 bag(s) of 32kgs each.
Valid on Emirates operated flights only. Not valid on code-share flights.
Fares are subject to seat availability online.
Children (2-11 years) pay 75% of applicable adult fare.
Infants (under 2 years without a seat) pay 10% of applicable adult fare. Infants requiring a seat pay 75% of applicable adult fare. Children/infants must be accompanied on all flights in the same compartment by adult over 18 years old.
Advertised airfares are fully inclusive of ticket taxes, surcharges and levies. Fares are correct as of 9th October 2009 and are subject to change.
