|Transfer between terminals||All terminals are interlinked and accessible on foot, but there is also a free shuttle bus serving Terminals 1, 2 and 3.|
|Driving directions||From Copenhagen, the airport is accessed from the E20 (Øresund motorway), which continues past the airport to Malmö in Sweden via the Øresund Bridge (toll route).|
|Car rental||Car hire companies represented at Copenhagen Airport include Avis, Europcar and Hertz in Terminal 1; and Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt in Terminal 3.|
|Public transport and taxis||Bus: several buses (5A, 35 and 36) run from Copenhagen Airport to the city centre (journey time: approximately 55 minutes; fare: DKK 30) and beyond. Night bus 96N runs from Terminal 3 to Rådhuspladsen. Further information on local buses is available from Movia (tel: 3613 1415; www.movia.dk). Long-distance destinations in both Denmark and Sweden are also served by a number of operators.
Taxi: are readily available from ranks outside the arrivals areas of Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The ride into Copenhagen takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and prices start from DKK 250.
Rail: there are direct high-speed trains to Copenhagen Central Station (journey time: 12 minutes; fare: DKK 36), as well as a number of other destinations in Denmark (tel: 7013 1415; www.dsb.dk) and Sweden (tel: +46 771 757 575; www.sj.se or +46 771 777 777; www.oresundstag.se). The station and ticket office are situated in Terminal 3.
Metro: the Metro (tel: 3311 1700. www.m.dk) M2 line connects to the city centre (journey time: 14 minutes; fare: DKK 24). The station is situated in Terminal 3, from which tickets can be purchased.
|Car parking||There are more than 10,000 car parking spaces in short, medium and long-term car parks at Copenhagen Airport. The P6, P7 and P8 areas offer short-term options directly linked to Terminals 2 and 3. Medium term rates are available in P1, P4, P5, P9, P10 and P12, which are all relatively near the terminal buildings. Economy, long-term parking is available at P15 and P17, a little further from the terminals (free transit buses are provided). The airport parking office (tel: 3252 8300) is located between Terminals 2 and 3, and is open 24 hours.|
|Information and help desks||Information desks (tel: 3231 2448) are located in Arrivals and the transit halls in Terminals 2 and 3. There is also a visitor centre in Terminal 3.|
|Airport Facilities||Money and communications: banks are located in Terminal 2. There are bureaux de change in Terminals 2 and 3, and ATMs in all terminals. A post office is located between Terminals 2 and 3. Wireless internet is available at many points in the terminals and a number of self-service internet kiosks can be found in the transit areas of Terminals 2 and 3. |
Eating and drinking: there are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés at the airport.
Shopping: Shopping is plentiful, with many duty-free shops. A pre-order and pick-up service is available (www.buy-fly.dk).
Luggage: a left-luggage facility (tel: 3231 2360) is available between Terminals 2 and 3, and there are also self-service lockers at car park P4. A lost and found office (tel: 3231 2284) is available at the luggage facility in Terminal 2.
Other facilities: there are shower and sauna facilities at the Transfer Hotel.
A play area for children is located in Terminal 2; most toilets are equipped with baby change facilities. A 24-hour prayer room and a free rest area are located in Terminal 2. There is a new lounge area for teenagers in Terminal 2.
|Conference and business facilities||The Hilton Business Centre (tel: 3250 1501; www1.hilton.com) is located on the fourth floor of Terminal 3, and has a VIP boardroom, two business centres and 29 meeting rooms. Various airlines and handling agents also provide business facilities in their executive lounges in Terminals 2 and 3.|
|Disabled facilities||Copenhagen Airport is physically accessible throughout. Wheelchair-accessible toilets, induction loops and reserved seating are provided and dedicated parking spaces are available (tel: 3252 8300). Passengers with disabilities are requested to inform their airline in advance of their needs.|
