How do I manage my account and personal details?

Skywards members can view their Skywards membership profile when they log in to emirates.com with their Skywards membership number and password.

Your personal and credit card details and your travel preferences are saved to your profile, so that you don't have to enter these details every time you log in to make a booking on the site.

Your personal information may be updated at any time by logging in and then selecting My Account from the menu. You can edit personal details on your account page.

Flights and Emirates services


Please call this number for flights, Chauffeur-drive, Dubai Stopovers and other Emirates services related queries.

Hotel booking

Please call or email customer.service@booking.com (opens the default email client) if you’re making or have made a reservation with our hotel partner Booking.com. Please note Booking.com is unable to answer any queries related to hotels booked through a Dubai stopover package, Dubai Connect, or any other Emirates services.

Car hire

Please call this number for car hire queries only. This service is provided by our partner, CarTrawler.
CarTrawler is unable to answer queries related to our Chauffeur-drive service or any other Emirates services.

Tours and activities
