I forgot to enter my membership number in a booking. What do I do?

If the booking is for upcoming travel, or only part of the travel has been completed, you can add your membership number to the booking via Manage a Booking on emirates.com. Alternatively, you can call an Emirates Contact Center or ticket office to add your number to the booking.

If travel has been completed, please ask your Program Administrator to fill in the missing Points claim form.
