Can I change or cancel a hotel booking?

You can change or cancel your hotel reservation through our partner, Tourico Holidays. To make any changes or to cancel hotel reservations you need your itinerary number which you'll find in your hotel confirmation email.

You can also cancel your booking online  through the Manage a Booking section without any additional charges, subject to the conditions of your booking.

The terms and conditions for your hotel reservation determine whether or not you may change or cancel the reservation. The cancellation conditions can be found under Policies in the Manage a Booking section.

To cancel your booking, retrieve your booking by entering your itinerary number and surname, then click on the ‘cancel’ link next to your hotel booking and follow the steps described.

You may also contact Tourico Holidays to change or cancel your bookings. Please note that charges may apply for offline changes or cancellations, see information on charges

Refunds will be credited back to the card used for payment.
