Taxi: are readily available from ranks outside the arrivals areas of Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The ride into Copenhagen takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and prices start from DKK 250.
Rail: there are direct high-speed trains to Copenhagen Central Station (journey time: 12 minutes; fare: DKK 36), as well as a number of other destinations in Denmark (tel: 7013 1415; www.dsb.dk) and Sweden (tel: +46 771 757 575; www.sj.se or +46 771 777 777; www.oresundstag.se). The station and ticket office are situated in Terminal 3.
Metro: the Metro (tel: 3311 1700. www.m.dk) M2 line connects to the city centre (journey time: 14 minutes; fare: DKK 24). The station is situated in Terminal 3, from which tickets can be purchased. |
| Car parking | There are more than 10,000 car parking spaces in short, medium and long-term car parks at Copenhagen Airport. The P6, P7 and P8 areas offer short-term options directly linked to Terminals 2 and 3. Medium term rates are available in P1, P4, P5, P9, P10 and P12, which are all relatively near the terminal buildings. Economy, long-term parking is available at P15 and P17, a little further from the terminals (free transit buses are provided). The airport parking office (tel: 3252 8300) is located between Terminals 2 and 3, and is open 24 hours. |

| Airport Facilities | Money and communications: banks are located in Terminal 2. There are bureaux de change in Terminals 2 and 3, and ATMs in all terminals. A post office is located between Terminals 2 and 3. Wireless internet is available at many points in the terminals and a number of self-service internet kiosks can be found in the transit areas of Terminals 2 and 3.
Eating and drinking: there are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés at the airport.
Shopping: Shopping is plentiful, with many duty-free shops. A pre-order and pick-up service is available (www.buy-fly.dk).
Luggage: a left-luggage facility (tel: 3231 2360) is available between Terminals 2 and 3, and there are also self-service lockers at car park P4. A lost and found office (tel: 3231 2284) is available at the luggage facility in Terminal 2.
Other facilities: there are shower and sauna facilities at the Transfer Hotel.
A play area for children is located in Terminal 2; most toilets are equipped with baby change facilities. A 24-hour prayer room and a free rest area are located in Terminal 2. There is a new lounge area for teenagers in Terminal 2. |
